合作寫論文並不容易，不但要兩人程度相若、見解接近（至少在合作的題目上），還要在討論時「有 chemistry」，能夠互相刺激，將各自的潛力都迫出來。這兩次和 Z 合作，我們都強烈覺得對方是好拍檔，相信以後還可以繼續合作下去。不過，如果寫成的論文都沒有期刊接納，便遲早會失去動力；今天收到的好消息來得合時，令我們立刻提起勁來，更有決心完成第二篇論文。
被接納了的那篇論文很短，只有約四千字，要合作，是因為論文裏有知識論和數理邏輯的東西，我的數理邏輯比知識論弱，其中的一些 formal proofs 有可能會搞錯，於是便找數理邏輯很強的 Z 合作。這篇論文裏有不少數學和邏輯符號，驟看可能頗嚇人，但那些符號都是必要的 --- 我寫論文，如非必要，從不將命題或論證符號化。
Z 聽到好消息後很興奮，說要慶祝，我建議到酒吧喝酒，一邊喝一邊討論第二篇論文；把酒論哲學，人生一樂也！

刪除it's not hard at all... for the part I try to figure out. I won't pretend that I understand every detail there. After all I am not a philiosophy major. And it's only a cursory reading.

Congrats!看到王生的出眾才華，實在非常敬佩，但在王生分享成功的果實之際，可否接受我一個不情之請－－能否分享一下青年的學習歷程與心得？眼見時下青年人因為社會風氣，總好像被一鼓急功氣氛所迫，一旦嘗試，必不能敗的心態，此亦常見於哲學的年輕學子，王生就分享一點（可能）充滿成敗得失的學哲學歷程吧！
